How long can an opened product be kept in my refrigerator?

Once the product is opened, the product can last 10 days under optimal storage conditions (in the refrigerator). We recommend that after storing an opened product in the refrigerator, prior to consuming the product,  the consumer should visually inspect the product to make sure there is no spoilage.

Can leftover sauce be frozen and saved for later use?

Yes, you can freeze the sauce in a plastic container.

Are there any peanuts in your products?

No. Nona's Italian Cucina, LLC, is manufactured in a facility that also uses peanut ingredients. 

Is your sauce gluten free?

Yes.   

Is the salt iodized?

No, the salt is not iodized.
